Privacy Policy

AI Photo Prompt (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates promptapp.app. Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@promptapp.app.

• Email address — only when you purchase credits. Collected by Paddle (our payment processor) and shared with us to issue a Magic Link.
• Prompts and generations — the prompts you build and any images generated are stored to provide the service and detect abuse.
• Anonymous session ID — a cookie-free, server-side identifier used to associate free prompt builds with a session.
• Analytics events — page views and feature interactions collected by Plausible Analytics. Plausible is cookie-free and GDPR-compliant by default; no personal data is shared with them.

• To process payments and grant credits (email, payment data)
• To send your Magic Link so you can access purchased credits (email)
• To detect and prevent abuse and policy violations (prompts, images)
• To improve the product through aggregate, anonymised analytics

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

We do not use tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a strictly necessary session cookie to maintain your anonymous session across page loads. No consent is required for this cookie under GDPR.

• Paddle — payment processing and tax compliance. Acts as Merchant of Record. See Paddle Privacy Policy.
• Replicate — AI image generation. Prompts are sent to Replicate's API.
• Sightengine — content moderation for generated images.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for Magic Links.
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-first, cookieless analytics hosted in the EU.

We retain generation records for 90 days for abuse prevention, then delete prompt text and output URLs. Email addresses are retained for as long as you have an account or unused credits.

If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@promptapp.app. We will respond within 30 days.
